What is the AOP (Advanced Oxidation Process)?

 

 Ozone (O3) is created by a space simultaneous reaction between ultraviolet rays of wavelength 253.7nm and an ozone creation wave of wavelength 184.9nm, which fused water or oxygen in a discharge lamp. The created ozone reacts later on and during this process creates the -OH Radical.

 AOP method, aided with a reaction of ozone and ultraviolet ray or with inserting H2O2 into ozone generator catalysis a reaction surpassing that of ozone generator by 10~104 times and it creates -OH; thereby enabling efficient sterilization, air cleansing, etc.

 It's 100 times more effective compared to chemicals and 3,000 times faster than chlorine in eliminating bacteria; it keeps the freshness of storage 6 times more than using preservatives and insecticide.

 

 

Mechanism of Sterilizer

 

 The ozone is highly absorbent within the ultraviolet ray zone of 253.7nm, 1 molecule of H2O2 is created from a reaction between ozone and photon from the ray.

 Another benefit of this O3+UV AOP method is that photolysis of ultraviolet ray directly assists removal of organic matters.
