We handles over 2 million hides per annum. We have tannery and processing plants using the latest technologies. The highest quality hides are purchased green from meatworks, processed and packed on palettes for export.

Brine Cured Cattle Hides

We have our own brine curing facilities in every major hide producing area in Australia. By owning the plants it is possible to maintain a high level of control and so guarantee hides of an excellent quality commensurate to the district of origin. Hides can be supplied from all regions:

Wet Blue Hides

We have our own wet blue tannery, This region is well regarded for the quality of the hides that are available for processing.

We employs the latest technology in conjunction with the most up to date equipment available, to produce a very stable and reliable wet blue which can be adapted to all forms of finished leathers.

Our production is basically New South Wales/Victoria, but other origins can be supplied on request and our wet blues have the following advantages:

• All hides are guaranteed tick free unless stated otherwise
• Hides from all regions can be supplied
• Deliveries are on the basis of table run with rejects removed
• All hides are batch stamped for identification and quality control
• Hides are processed directly from their green state avoiding the necessity for prior curing

The weights stated are the equivalent wet salted conventional weights. Areas given are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to the vast differences in finished leathers.

Wet blue hides also originate from only the best meatworks and are selected especially for this purpose.

Wet Blue hides are sold on a per piece basis with indication as to equivalent conventional salted weight.
